[A large WELCOME sign is hanging from the buildings when you walk into Levanta Town, but that seems to be the only sign that today is any different than any other day. The villagers are simply going about their daily business. However, if they are approached they are more than happy to explain the region as well as they can to any new arrivals.

[There are a couple of things he doesn't expect when he walks out a pokecenter to train his pokemon at night.

One of those things is being stuck on a random floating region he's never heard of. He'll look generally annoyed as the people explain The Drifting Land to him.

After he gets an explanation he'll go wandering off. Just cause he's up here doesn't mean he can't train.]

[If you're walking past a certain street, you might be bombarded by the horrible sound of someone blowing into a whistle angrily as he searches for his pokemon. His communicator is in ruins (again) and all of his pokemon except for Pikachu are missing and THIS ISN'T HIS TREE HOUSE.

[Well, if it isn't Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town. Koga wonders why he remembers his name... well, who could forget that obnoxious mistrained Pikachu, to be honest.

[Darn it. This is not what this younger Grimsley expected when heading out to show off battle with other trainers show off his Pokemon over on Route 15. He expected, you know, Route 15.

Not some strange town in the middle of nowhere with unhelpful residents.

He is not happy, as he starts to look around the town - his special hacked max-stat Hydreigon following as a guard. They have to be lying. He can't be stuck away from home. He just... can't.]

Cool! A place he'd never been to before was an adventure just waiting to happen.

And if he can get back home eventually then there's nothing to worry about, right?

So a twenty year old Ash is just meandering about town checking out the sights.]

[That's probably the most obvious statement ever, but it's the first thing Archie noticed. This place isn't familiar - and Archie's got a fairly good memory when it comes to places he's been. This isn't Hoenn.]

[He's talked to the people around here and gathered some information, but that doesn't tell him how he got here or why he's here. Whatever the reason is, he's certain he won't like it.]

[So he's currently wandering around the landing strip, Sharpedo floating after him. He's gotten used to keeping at least one of his Pokémon out with him at all times to protect himself. You never know when your rival is going to attack you from out of nowhere, after all!]

[Not that he's particularly concerned about that. He's more worried about the fact that he ended up here, in some strange land he's never heard of.]

...Guess we're stuck here for now.

[The Sharpedo doesn't reply, though zips forward to rub on Archie's leg affectionately. He offers it a smile and rubs its fin, ignoring the rough skin and the scrapes he's getting.]

Might as well see what this place has to offer, huh?

[a poffin rolls down the path in front of Archie, followed by an upset looking Piplup. A few feet behind him, his trainer runs after him, looking frazzled]

Piplup! Watch where you're going!

[A 16-year-old Ethan's just casually hopping down the cliffs near Mt. Silver with Typhlosion and

what.

They both miss their footing by, uh, quite a lot and tumble unceremoniously on to the landing strip from what feels like a million feet in the air (or something like that anyway). Falling headfirst into the ground isn't exactly something they both enjoy, and it results in a cloud of dirt and quite a few bruises. Ow.

After questioning the local NPCs on exactly where they are, Ethan scratches the back of his neck in thought and realizes...]

Hey, where's my hat? Typhlosion, did you take it again?

[Typhlosion shakes his head, looking equally perplexed. Ethan frowns and folds his arms behind his head, glancing around for a glimpse of black and gold. There was only one like it! Just like there was only one him, right? So where could it be?]

[oh look. there it is. A few feet away...and it seems to be moving away at a rapid speed]

[Could this one's appearance be any louder? The roar of an unmuffled engine announcing his entrance, Wes skidded to a halt in the plaza. Well crap, now where was he? This didn't look like either Orre or the Island.

A few helpful NPCs later, Wes took to leaning against his bike while he absorbed this new information, seriously considering procuring for himself a cigarette. He wasn't really a smoker, but damn if he wasn't tempted to become one now.]

... Never. He won't approach, but he'll watch the bike for a few minutes. Looks pretty cool!]

[Yeah yeah, new strange place, that's amazing.

Or it might be, anyway, when Silver is actually awake. As it stands, all anyone gets is the rather peculiar sight of a redhead that may or may not be familiar unceremoniously sleeping on the roof of a building along with his Sneasel.]

[So apparently taking naps out in the middle of a field is a bad idea. This guy's still asleep, and thus hasn't noticed the change of scenery, so do be careful you don't trip over him if you happen to be out lost in wandering the landing strip.

[As Red passes through the outside parts of town, he catches the swish of brown hair from the corner of his eye. He stops his walk and turns to get a better look. Pikachu on his shoulder notices his movement as well and follows suit letting out a little noise of surprise. For a few seconds, Red can't believe his eyes, but he finally finds his voice.]

Leaf...? Is that you?

[....this all seems familiar.

Ho-oh can see his tower out in the distance, on the - "landing strip"? - that. Which is good. That's one constant in all these messes, it looks like.

While wandering through town, he finds himself at the shrine to Landorus, tilting his head at the carvings and little statues.]

[He's talking to a statue. Obviously he needs to be bothered.]

[He lurks in the shadows, because he is a ninja. This is what ninjas do. And he waits.

After a while, of waiting and napping, he reconciles with the idea of walking out of the shadows to buy some food for his pokemon. He will find somewhere worthy of spending money, because Koga of Fuchsia only gets the best food for his pokemon. Even if he hates them all with a passion. On principle.

He walks up to the first person he finds and asks--no, wait, first a smoke bomb, then an entrance, a pose, and then he finally asks]

Tell me where can I buy food.

[ Well, what is it now? First she ends up not being in the Pinwheel Forest, and now she ends up not being in the place where she was not being in the Pinwheel Forest. Sigh. At least there actually are people here, and damn if she's not going to talk to them and find out what in the name of Lord N is going on!

... And after finding out what in the name of Lord N is going on, she'll just wander around a bit helplessly, trying to see if there are any familiar (or unfamiliar, but willing to help out a ~lady~) faces around. After all, isn't it so dangerous for girls to be on their own? It so, so is.
Especially if they're from Team Plasma, but it's not like anyone would dare to attack a lady, right? Right?]

Even if they should, you know, be focusing on how to maybe get home to Unova so they can focus on their future plans to free Pokémon or hide away from the trainers and the like.

But asking someone wouldn't hurt, and after some helpful lectures from the NPCs he'll just be walking around like he owns the place. By which, of course, I mean TRY TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. New places are cool and all, but crowds? Not his thing, man.

... He might or might not be too deep in thought and trying to find someplace quiet to actually notice where he's going. Hope you guys don't mind a derpy teen suddenly bumping into you, stepping on your feet and the like. ]

Certainly doesn't look it, but Hilbert's willing to pay his respects to Landorus's Shrine before talking to the people and learning everything. Kind of like a private training area to get stronger in in his mind, so this place is cool across all his standards! Stoutland's out with him right now to check the place out, and he admires the kindness of the townsfolk in putting up a sign up for them and everything.

So yeah, big dog and trainer looking for friends to make and whatnot.]

[Well this definitely isn't Victory Road. That was pretty obvious to most anyone, but you have to start somewhere, right? Especially since neither Levanta Town nor The Drifting Land sounded familiar at all. After getting as much information as he can out of the NPCs (which didn't entirely tell him everything he wanted to know, but it would be rude to complain to them, as they were only trying to help), Cheren takes to walking around the area, paying particular attention to the shrine to Landorus, with Serperior out of his ball, following closely behind.]

If there's a shrine to Landorus here, with any luck, this isn't too far from Unova.

It might be kind of strange to wind up in some new region like this without warning (or at least, that's how Shauntal's Chandelure--and arguably other more normal people--was behaving), but for her, this was valuable material! She could use this at some point, perhaps.

[It was nice to be home again. After that last battle with N-- no, with Ghetsis... She had been exhausted. A few day's rest really helped.

'Course, she's not expecting to see a whole town spread out before her when she steps out of her house. Well, she is, but not one with all the facilities it does. Galvantula crawls quietly behind her, looking around, as Hilda tries to figure out where they are, exactly.

Because it certainly isn't Nuvema Town.

Oh, she'd ask the villagers, but her little electric spider's a lot little unnerving.]

[Alder was defeated; N had Reshiram, the legendary dragon, and now the only person who could stop him was carrying six Pokémon and one Dark Stone.]

[He was about to enter N's Castle when he found himself here. Needless to say, Black isn't amused.]

[He turns, expecting the Champion to still be standing behind him with Cheren - but neither of them are there. Black narrows his eyes, resting his hand on the Pokéball at his belt.]

Where am I?

[He manages to gather some information from the locals, but what he discovers isn't putting his mind at ease any. How did he end up here? He's supposed to be stopping N from separating people and Pokémon. He can't do that if he's here.]

[It doesn't take long for Black to calm down though, and you'll probably find him sitting a few feet away from the landing strip, staring up at the sky. He seems removed from the world at large, probably daydreaming. Care to bother him?]

[This child doesn't mind bothering him. You remind him very much of Sigal and Touya and Emil, whom you look like, and kind of act like the first with your day-dreamy attitude. But Sigal was more asocial than that.

Anyway, point is he's had some good times with people like you! Not that Zorua likes it. None of them. In fact, the fox is taking it upon himself as N's mini-protector to check Black out first by sniffing him and whatnot.]

I think that's a little rude, Zozo. The others were friendly. [One of them had a Scolipede, the worst thing created! For Pokémon and humans alike! How's that friendly!?]

[After losing to Ash in the Sinnoh League and being denied a rematch by Brandon until he conquered Kanto's Battle Frontier, Paul endured a lengthy trip by sea to reach the Vermilion City port and begin his new journey, this time with a couple of tagalong companions that Paul had mixed feelings about. After getting past the port and into the actual heart of Vermilion City, Paul had a sudden black-out and woke up here.

The sudden change of scenery and absence of his companions is immediately alarming, though Paul's other belongings are still in his possession. Trying to suppress his urge to have an angry outburst of confusion, Paul cautiously investigates these new surroundings and eventually finds signs of where he is: Levanta Town? Paul had been through Kanto before, and he definitely never heard of such a place then.

While he continues walking along, he attempts to fiddle with his Pokedex to get an idea of where he might be if he can kind any Pokemon species around. He doesn't really trust the town natives as far as he could throw them.

A lilac-haired grump surely stands out in a crowd, doesn't he?]
