[A large WELCOME sign is hanging from the buildings when you walk into Levanta Town, but that seems to be the only sign that today is any different than any other day. The villagers are simply going about their daily business. However, if they are approached they are more than happy to explain the region as well as they can to any new arrivals.

[She digs through her bag and hands over six Revives; girl's always well-stocked before she leaves town, spending all her money on supplies before she leaves.]

Isn't the winner supposed to get something from the loser, instead of the other way around? [A little tease - she won't take anything but a good battle from you, Hilbert, and you gave her more than that. Emboar rolls his eyes at the flirting-not-flirting though. Honestly, children.]

Aw, I'll pay you back with lunch or something like that. [His proud six get their Revives as well as some Hyper Potions to boot (that is something he kept stock of) and he tosses them out, check out their growth if any.]

You guys did great! Especially you, Bols, for holding out against Emboar over there. He was a tough nut 'til the end. [After the quick examination, he returns all but Pansear and nods at the Shrine.]

[Sorry, Hilbert - while you were praising your six, she decided waiting was too stressful (especially with how'd she been moving with the battle before) and went ahead. Hilda waves at him from the Shrine, Emboar beside her.]

What're you waiting for? Come on!

[Well, call him Betsy. Except not really. He jogs up, Pansear clinging to his head, and keeps light on his feet, bouncing on his heels a little.]

You're still feeling the battle, huh?

[Is Betsy better than Hilbert? 'Cause she'll call him it if he prefers.]

Can't help it! I feel like I've been asleep for days [and she probably has] and it's just got my blood pumping. I'm sure my team'll agree, when they're awake. [All the Revives she had she gave to Hilbert -- she didn't have too many left after her battle with N and Ghetsis.]

Revives are expensive, you know! And I had a really tough battle before I got here. [Honestly, bro. But she'll kneel down to give her thanks, with Emboar doing the same, then stand and look at the Pokécenter across the way.] Want to race?

[Hmm. Whatcha think, Pansear, could we take her? The monkey certainly thinks so, so he's the first one ahead of the group and reading Hilbert's hat as the flag.]

Hey-- I guess that's a yes. Pans'll be our starter. [Which means he'll be ready for the metaphorical drop of the hat.] No using Emboar as a ride, even if he's not that fast. Poor guy must be tired out.

[Emboar snorts, a little fire coming out of his nose, and Hilda quirks.]

I'm sure he is, but he seems to think otherwise. [Pig-headed... pig. She stretches low, getting ready.]

[Mmmm dat stretching Hilbert laughs at Emboar, and keeps a close eye on his own Fire-type.]

I would too, if I wanted to impress someone I knew. [His Pansear's got a bias for Hilbert, so he gives him a quick wink to let him know he's about to drop the hat and does so.

[Perv Hilda's off as soon as it hits the dirt, no other words needed. Emboar watches her exasperatedly before starting off on his own walk to the PokéCenter.

Trainers are so difficult, aren't they Pansear?]

[Of course Hilbert's just a bit ahead of her because of that heads-up Pansear gave him, but man can she catch up. Pansear'll just pick up the hat and race up to Emboar, putting it on the pig's head as he climbs up for a nice walk to the center.

Toootally. They just need to relax, instead of always being so ready to compete and stuff. It's tiring just watching them, you know?]

[If asked, Hilda'd say she let him win. As it is, she's still tired from sleeping forever, and while the exercise does her good, her muscles are still used to laying in bed for three or four days. So while she catches up, she doesn't quite pass him.

He might've won the battle but he won't win the war --]

Haha, looks like that battle tired you out more than I thought! Maybe we can grab a bite to eat here too. [But they'll wait for the slow Fire-types first ofc.]

That'd be great. I'm starving. [Emboar is taking his dear sweet time, though. He has lots to discuss about Stupid Trainers with his new monkey pal.]

[Right behind her yeaaaaah he'll get the food while she heals her friends. Sandwiches are cool right.]

[Sandwiches are the choice of Pokémon Masters everywhere! It doesn't take long for everyone to get healed up, or for Emboar with Pansear on his shoulder to waltz in and head straight for the sandwiches. Hilda joins them as well, carefully hooking her balls back onto her belt and smiling.]

[Pansear runs onto the table and steals triangles before Hilbert can stop him, offering one to Emboar and keeping the other two for himself. Gluttonous monkey.]

Hey, I got enough for your appetite and Hilda's! [He'll go ahead and let out the rest of the team for the feast too. Pokéfood and sandwiches galore. Good.] Sorry, he's a bit of a glutton.
