This place needs more activity.
[Just outside of town, far enough away from the throng of people who populate Laventa sits a young Ghetsis, covered in bloody gashes and yellowing patches of forming bruises. His hands, cut up and bleeding, are busy trying to fend off a Deino that seems intent on taking a chunk out of his arm.
No worries, folks, he knows what he's doing, really.]
No worries, folks, he knows what he's doing, really.]
Or just say they're A Thing on the floating island.
A few steps away, and the dragon makes a leap for the dangling food, not giving one care to whether or not it gets fingers in there.
And as soon as sharp teeth latch on, Ghetsis tackles the dragon, pinning it to the ground as it flails, jaws snapping at empty air.]
Thanks for the distraction!
That works, too.
Thankfully, her reflexes are fast enough for her to jolt her hand away, pretty much throwing the food into the Deino's... face? muzzle? whatever, but not fast enough to completely get it to safety. And while the uniform's gloves help (those are more durable than they look), at least a couple of her fingers got bitten - well, at least not bitten off. She yelps with shock and pain (mostly shock, really) and cradles her hand- before noticing what you are doing.
IT'S A TEEN WRESTLING A DRAGON OH GOD WHAT DO ]
L-Lord Ghetsis!

Yet.One dragon successfully pinned, Ghetsis sits triumphantly on his back while he waits for the bitey murderbeast to calm down. Really, adrenaline is the only thing keeping him conscious at this point because that's an awful lot of blood.]
Don't worry, I got this! [No, you don't, you idiot.]
no subject
Ghetsis please
... She is so dragging you to a hospital or someplace of the sort when you're done manhandling your bitedragon or whatever. If you're done at all, that is. ]
A-Are you sure?! It keeps struggling!
[ Flail flail, and a look of fear on her face. WHAT IF THAT THING BREAKS FREE oh god ]
no subject
Which will gouge out his right eye and just generally fuck up his entire right side.Ghetsis straddles the thing and pins its head down, preventing it from opening its mouth to bite in retaliation. After about a minute of squirming, Deino eventually calms down, conceding defeat. Only then does Ghetsis pull its ball from his belt and recall it, falling to the ground on his butt in the process.]
Phew! That was... something. [Why is everything blurry when he moves his head?]
Icon keywords possibly relevant?..
Chloe finally catches her breath and, standing up hesitantly, walks over to you. Your murderbeast won't suddenly get out of its ball, right? Right? ]
That wasn't something, that was dangerous! What were you thinking, deciding to train a Pokemon this violent?! You couldn't find anything that is MORE likely to eat you during training or what? I was worried sick when I saw you just... feeding your arms to it!
[ ... Oh man, here it comes. Chloe no Chloe stop this isn't the time get your idiot of a boss to the town at least ]
no subject
I'll get it through his thick skull that I'm the boss one of these days. [Even if he has to bite it back to prove a point.
And now that the adrenaline is wearing off, he swoons, feeling rather woozy.]
no subject
Are you sure you'll stay alive for long enough to convince it you're the boss? Hadn't I come here, who knows what would-
[ ... Oh god what are you doing are you fainting there ]
Ghetsis!
[ She scurries over to you, grabbing your shoulder and trying to support you, but- man, what is she supposed to do now? She's got an injured teen on her hands, and while the town isn't too far away, carrying teenage boys has never been her forte. ]
no subject
Yeah, he probably weighs more than you do, girly. Got any Pokémon to help you move him?]
I... I'm fine... I can walk. [No he can't.] C-call me Lord. [He likes it when you call him 'Lord,' okay? He's also bleeding all over your uniform.]
no subject
She'll probably have to make do with just herself. ]
You look like you're about to faint any second! You're anything but able to walk... my Lord.
[ Fine, you're injured, have some ego-stroking. And she could care less about getting her uniform dirty with blood for now- no matter how much she likes clothes, injured people come first. Plus she wasn't planning on actually wearing it anymore anyway. ]
H-Here, put your arm around my shoulders... I can't carry you, but I'll help you walk at least.
no subject
Despite his protests, Ghetsis does as instructed, leaning heavily against her as he begins to giggle deliriously.]
no subject
Sigh. She'll have to put her arm around your waist - let's just hope you haven't got any injuries there - and start walking, supporting you as much as she can. Good thing the town's close.
... And stop with the giggling, it's freaking her out a bit. ]
T-This isn't a laughing matter!
no subject
He's just going to lean a bit more, hope you don't mind. And then, suddenly, the laughing stops abruptly.]
I think I'm going to be sick.
no subject
... But, uh, you're getting kind of heavy. Can't you use your own legs a little? She's a lady after all, geeze, she can't carry men around. ]
... I think you're already sick. We really need to get you to the hospital... my Lord.
[ The grumpiest voice. ]
no subject
He's trying to walk, really, but his legs are pretty weak from the blood loss, and he's this close to passing out on the spot.]
That's... a good idea... Chloe...
There go my attempts not to horribleship these two.
... Thank god, there's the entrance. Why do you have to be heavier than her, again? She's getting tired already, but... Well, she probably can make it. Or ask someone to help her, at least. ]
... Don't talk, it'll only get you more exhausted.
It is the worst ship. Like, Titanic bad.
It's a good thing they made it, too, because as soon as they're through the door, Ghetsis collapses into a bloody, unconscious pile on the floor. At least he waited until they got this far, right?]
... /slowclap. It's going to sink so bad, isn't it?
Well, getting the floor dirty with blood and possibly dirt is kind of a very impolite thing to do, but you've done well to last this long. Get some rest, Ghetsis - when you wake up, you'll probably find yourself in a clean, white room of the hospital, with your wounds treated and bandaged, and Chloe not being around. What do now?
OOC: I kinda took the liberty of changing the situation, oops. I hope it's okay?]Probably. With the orchestra and everything.
OOC: That's fine. What do? Well, first he's going to cover his eyes with his pillow because he feels like he has a horrible hangover. Second, he's going to notice that there is an IV in his arm. What the crap happened?
Oh, Deino. Chole. That's right. Ugh, what a way to show your manliness: fainting on a girl.]
That said, we could probably have a three-way thread between Chloe, Ghetsis and bitty!N someday?
And after a ten minutes or so, there'll be a familiar ginger-haired head poking through the door: Chloe was told you've woken up, so why not go see how you are doing? You must've been unconscious for a pretty long time, though, because she apparently has had enough time to have her own hand bandaged and go change into something not stained with blood. The uniform's probably gone for good, though, but it's not that much of a loss.
Anyway, she steps into the room, but still stays close to the door, unsure if it's okay to go talk to you - it might be bad to bother someone who's been injured and just woke up. Awkward silence? ]
If it ever got coordinated, that would be adorable.
...What? [He raises an eyebrow at her, resisting the urge to throw a pillow at her just to be a brat.]
...I guess I should thank you or something.
We could probably make a post about it on the OOC community and plan it through there.
And she's going to come closer. ]
You should. Carrying you all the way here wasn't the easiest thing to do, you know.
Probably.
Ghetsis runs a hand through his hair as he stands, partly to steady his balance, and partly to look macho.]
...Thanks. I'm fine now, though.
I'll look into it, then.
H-Hey, what are you doing? You shouldn't leave yet!
