[A large WELCOME sign is hanging from the buildings when you walk into Levanta Town, but that seems to be the only sign that today is any different than any other day. The villagers are simply going about their daily business. However, if they are approached they are more than happy to explain the region as well as they can to any new arrivals.

After a while, of waiting and napping, he reconciles with the idea of walking out of the shadows to buy some food for his pokemon. He will find somewhere worthy of spending money, because Koga of Fuchsia only gets the best food for his pokemon. Even if he hates them all with a passion. On principle.

He walks up to the first person he finds and asks--no, wait, first a smoke bomb, then an entrance, a pose, and then he finally asks]

How would I know?! I have just arrived here! Don't you think it would be better to ask someone who at least looks like they know what's going on?! For your information, sir, I have met quite a few knowledgeable people, and I did so without flashing them with smoke bombs first. You'll need to ask for some lessons in manners before asking for food.

I'm sorry, I had a problem making ends with all the things you said, so I'm just going to rephrase the request: if you can't tell me where one can find food, then I might have to A) leave you alone or B) kill you. It depends on the context, mainly.
