He's currently in a haphazard costume that's trying to approximate the villain from the famous kid's show Swellowman, which evidently has followers even here in the drifting land. He's prowling around in a ridiculous mask and a feather boa looped around his neck (he couldn't find a cape), playing hide-and-seek with the other children in the store. Muahahaha!!
