If not just Team Plasma, then who?
[there were some other Trainers that dressed in weird outfits, but Team Plasma was by far the strangest.]
I suppose we will have to go elsewhere to actually find these Pokemon, though. It doesn't seem like there are many in the outskirts of this town yet.
