[A large WELCOME sign is hanging from the buildings when you walk into Levanta Town, but that seems to be the only sign that today is any different than any other day. The villagers are simply going about their daily business. However, if they are approached they are more than happy to explain the region as well as they can to any new arrivals.

Why hadn't he thought of that earlier!? Because he's not smart! And thought that it was in Relic Castle! That stone would awaken the great Dragon of legend, wouldn't it? Well now, he is quite pleased with himself for figuring this out and wondering if that's what she's talking about, or maybe going back to steal something other than that skeleton.]

[Alder was defeated; N had Reshiram, the legendary dragon, and now the only person who could stop him was carrying six Pokémon and one Dark Stone.]

[He was about to enter N's Castle when he found himself here. Needless to say, Black isn't amused.]

What--!?

[He turns, expecting the Champion to still be standing behind him with Cheren - but neither of them are there. Black narrows his eyes, resting his hand on the Pokéball at his belt.]

Where am I?

[He manages to gather some information from the locals, but what he discovers isn't putting his mind at ease any. How did he end up here? He's supposed to be stopping N from separating people and Pokémon. He can't do that if he's here.]

[It doesn't take long for Black to calm down though, and you'll probably find him sitting a few feet away from the landing strip, staring up at the sky. He seems removed from the world at large, probably daydreaming. Care to bother him?]

[Hi, Cheren! Hopefully you were expecting someone to come bother you; Black certainly doesn't have any issues approaching! Hey, you normally show up and bother him when he's in the middle of training, so he doesn't see any reason to leave you alone.]

I guess you don't know how to get back either.

[Black folds his arms behind his head, glancing at the Serperior warily. He doesn't know anything about doubles or alternate versions of people here; but the Cheren he knows has a Serperior as well. As far as he's concerned, you're the Cheren he knows.]

If you're from Nuvema Town, this sort of village should be rather familiar, shouldn't it? Would you mind describing how you felt upon arriving here?

Let's see... I guess it feels kind of like home, except not really? I've met one of my best friends I grew up with here, but we've still got no idea what we could be floating on top of. Our best guess is Unova itself, since this place has a shrine dedicated to Landorus and all. Stouts here doesn't like this place too much though, but he's never been comfortable with new places or meeting new people.

As for the actual landing... I can't really remember it. I was heading down to the Relic Castle in that desert off of Nimbasa City, but I kind of appeared here instead. The locals are really nice though, they even put up a sign for us!

[Trainers talk too much, Stoutland thinks. Shut up Hilbert.]

I figure there might be a ton of strong trainers to battle and make friends with, so this'll be my training place so I can beat N and his friends.

[He is perfectly okay with this, actually. People to bounce ideas off--or just talk at, either way--are always good, especially when they're people he knows. Or well, knows a version of, either way. Not that he's familiar with the potential for alternates yet, though.]

I've yet to figure that part out, unfortunately.

[Were they back home, he would likely have challenged Black to a battle, but here, other things were more important at the moment. Especially that first thing Black said. As far as Cheren remembers, they had dealt with Team Plasma and all that quite some time ago.

Serperior, meanwhile, will just return that glance. It's what he does, okay. He certainly recognizes Black (in the sense that he looks familiar), but Serperior isn't the most exuberant, friendly Pokemon there is.]

What do you mean someone has to stop N, though? Where have you been for the last few weeks?

[This child doesn't mind bothering him. You remind him very much of Sigal and Touya and Emil, whom you look like, and kind of act like the first with your day-dreamy attitude. But Sigal was more asocial than that.

Anyway, point is he's had some good times with people like you! Not that Zorua likes it. None of them. In fact, the fox is taking it upon himself as N's mini-protector to check Black out first by sniffing him and whatnot.]

I think that's a little rude, Zozo. The others were friendly. [One of them had a Scolipede, the worst thing created! For Pokémon and humans alike! How's that friendly!?]

[He would suggest trying to peek over the edge and see if anything can be seen, but. There's the chance someone might fall off if that was attempted, and Cheren doesn't want to risk that chance. collecting information from other places is much safer and better, okay.]

Weirdly-dressed people? Do you mean Team Plasma? But you are right there. If there are Trainers here, there are bound to be wild Pokemon, maybe even some from other Regions. I'm sure the Professor would want a full report of whatever might be up here. [as thanks for the Pokedex and all, that's totes not an excuse to go out and catch Pokemon and look for some new strong ones to train. Nope.]

[Writing all of this down! It's kind of... almost illegible, though, since she's writing rather fast. She can read it, that's what matters. And it is totally okay with Shauntal that he talks a lot, it gives her more material to work with (so does seeing how Stoutland is behaving)]

The locals do seem friendly, which is wonderful in this sort of situation. It would be difficult to turn the page on all of our adventures if they were hostile.

[N, though, N is a name she remembers hearing of.]

If not just Team Plasma, then who? [there were some other Trainers that dressed in weird outfits, but Team Plasma was by far the strangest.]

I suppose we will have to go elsewhere to actually find these Pokemon, though. It doesn't seem like there are many in the outskirts of this town yet.
